Interprofessional Program in Integrative Healthcare

Page with information about the Interprofessional Program in Integrative Healthcare

The Interprofessional Program in Integrative Healthcare is a nine-month course for physicians, nurse practitioners, and those in a healing or clinical profession with a Master’s degree or above.

We accept applications for the full program on a rolling basis, as well as the option to audit individual sessions. Please contact IMcoordinator@institute.org for more information on which option may work better for you to make the most of this unique program.

The Interprofessional Program in Integrative Healthcare provides an overview of important modalities in integrative medicine as well as the integrative approach to common clinical problems. Through a mix of didactics and biweekly case conferences, the program curriculum presents the unique opportunity for participants to discuss a range of cases with multidisciplinary faculty. Participants will be able to present cases from their own practices to gain feedback on how integrative approaches are applicable.

The course meets from 3:00pm-5:00pm on Tuesdays from September to June, starting September 13, 2022. We accept applications for the full program on a rolling basis, as well as the option to audit individual sessions. See the full program schedule here. The cost of the program is $2,400 for the full academic year. There is a reduced cost for Institute for Family Health and Mount Sinai employees.
