Free Yoga Class in Harlem (For Existing Patients Only)

A weekly hour class to improve your breathing, relaxation and balance. This class offers a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa or Flow yoga. Participants practice the basic positions of yoga while learning breathing techniques to help in relaxation. Yoga mats and blocks are provided. Beginners are welcome!
