A tour of a local farmer's market, followed by a nutrition discussion and distribution of several $2 Health Buck coupons to use to purchase fruits and vegetables at the market.
Located at Mt. Eden Farmer's Market on the corner of Mt. Eden and Morris Avenues, near the Bronx Lebanon Hospital. This tour is open to our Mt. Hope Family Practice patients.
