(English) Monthly diabetes education classes for diabetic patients at the Walton Family Health Center in the Bronx. Alternating between bi-monthly English and Spanish classes. Learn ways to self-manage your diabetes through healthy eating strategies, tips on staying active, monitoring your blood glucose levels and much more. All sessions will be held on Mondays.
