It’s a new year, and it’s the perfect time to take control of your health. Our providers and staff are here to help. We offer primary care, dental care, and behavioral health care for all ages, as well as an array of social support services.

Need insurance? We can help! Ask our staff about your options for how to pay for care, or read about our sliding fee discount. We do not turn anyone away if they cannot pay for care.
Need a flu or COVID-19 vaccine? With both flu and COVID-19 cases on the rise, we encourage everyone to get their flu shot and stay up to date on their COVID-19 vaccines.
