In her role as Vice President for Practice Administration, Michelle Penny is responsible for the administrative support of all Institute health centers. She ensures a high level of efficiency and regulatory compliance across the Institute’s entire network of practices, supervises the three regional practice administrators, and oversees quality improvement activities related to the Institute’s administration of its clinical practices.

Ms. Penny most recently served as the regional practice administrator for the Institute’s Mid-Hudson Valley campus. She has been an Institute staff member since its acquisition of the Mid-Hudson Family Health Institute in 2007, where she previously worked for six years as an office manager. She is a graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
