A little about me
I am a foodie who married a chef! Food that tastes good is just as important to me as its nutritional value. I love exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines. Going to brunch on the weekends is my favorite pastime!

Professional Experience and Accomplishments
Michelle Paillere is a graduate of Long Island University for both her BS and MS in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has experience in weight management working at Lenox Hill Hospitals Bariatric Program. She then desired to pursue her certification in diabetes education. In 2019 she became a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She has worked at an Endocrinology practice affiliated with Northwell Health for 2 years. In 2020 she accepted a position as Certified Diabetes Educator at the Institute for Family Health. In her role she counsels patients on how to properly take medications, the importance of nutrition in diabetes management as well as teaches patients how to use new diabetes technology (Insulin Pumps and CGM’s).
