I believe mental health care is a human right and fundamental to creating a better world. I provide a warm, compassionate environment for my clients. My approach involves an eclectic use of evidence based practices, including cognitive behavioral skills and dialectical behavioral skills, to help my clients build healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Why I love my job

Being a therapist also gives me a front row seat to witness the power and the beauty of the human spirit. I love destigmatizing mental health care, helping people feel empowered, and being a resource for my community.
