A little about me
My name is Lauren Weber, and I have been with the Institute for Family Health since my internship in graduate school in 2018. I currently work within the Collaborative Care Program, which is a program that offers short-term, solution-focused care to patients with Anxiety and Depression. In this program, I work collaboratively with patients to identify skills, tools and coping strategies to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and therefore improve functioning in a variety of areas.
Why I love my job
I love working with patients to help them identify and implement tools and strategies to gain control over their symptoms and to feel better.
