I grew up in New York and fell in love with the Hudson Valley during college. I attended Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown NY for medical school. I am passionate about holistic medicine, including nutrition and lifestyle medicine. When I’m not working, I love to crochet, sew, and go hiking.

I love family medicine because of the unique opportunity I get to build relationships with my patients and empower them to be actively involved in their healthcare. To me, being a physician is not only understanding medicine but being able to teach it to my patients so they can make informed decisions about their lifestyle and health. My goal is to fill in the gaps in the healthcare system and help bring quality care to underserved communities.
