A little about me

Isi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to the US when they were six, growing up in Evanston. After completing their undergraduate and medical education at Northwestern University, Isi is thrilled to join the Institute. Isi strives to use a trauma-informed, harm reductive, and abolitionist approach with patients, recognizing that environmental factors such as zip code determine most of health outcomes.

Why I love my job

Isi is passionate about community medicine and public healthcare for historically oppressed communities and being part of the work to lessen deeply entrenched healthcare disparities, including advocacy for systemic changes.
