A little about me
I have 20 + years experience in healthcare. I am a Christian and an advanced practice clinician with expertise in scientific foundation of advanced practice, nursing leadership, quality clinical practice, health policy and ethics of care. I mentor and support nurses to achieve excellence in nursing practice. I like to help patients navigate through the complex transition of the health care delivery system to improve patient care, patient outcomes, and the health of the community. I love working with the medically underserved population. I like to utilize my education, leadership skills in this community and contribute to the transformational changes occurring in healthcare. I have worked as a staff nurse, charge nurse and an adjunct clinical professor. When I am not working, I like to spend time with my family.
