Over 10 years of experience in providing case management and psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Currently, transitioning into psychiatry as nurse practitioner with a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and body among an interdisciplinary team to help provide integrative care.

Professional Experience and Accomplishments
Frankie L McLaurin is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 year of combined experience in behavioral health. He completed his Master of Social Work degree at New York University (NYU) followed by a career in case management as a supervisor in foster care and psychotherapy. Frankie’s passion for providing mental health services in underserved communities throughout New York City has led him to earn his Master of Nursing degree most recently at Yale School of Nursing where he studied psychiatric-mental health across the lifespan. He completed a clinical rotation at the Yale Child Study Center and the Connecticut Mental Health Center where he learned to assess, diagnose and implement evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health illnesses.
