A little about me
I began my career as a family nurse practitioner in the South Bronx, gaining exposure to addiction medicine and mental health. My experience in a corrections facility further emphasized the intersection of mental health and criminal justice. My passion for mental health grew as I encountered cases in corrections and witnessed the impact of mental health on individuals. I also worked with the elderly in nursing homes, addressing dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Why I love my job
My ultimate goal is to guide my patients toward the best possible quality of life. I aim to help them achieve stability, happiness, and productivity while leading a fulfilling life. I am dedicated to finding effective treatments that suit each client’s specific needs. What sets me apart is my compassionate and non-judgmental approach. I value open communication, actively listening to patients, and tailoring my services to their unique needs. I am known for providing unhurried visits, ensuring my patients feel heard and supported throughout their treatment journey.
