I have been with the Institute for Family Health since November of 2020 and am happy to be a part of a team providing access to compassionate and comprehensive mental health services. My goal is to empower my clients through skills building, education, and reflection in a safe environment.

Being able to connect with so many individuals and provide a space to grow and heal gives purpose to the work I do.
