I am a dedicated family physician committed to advancing health equity through comprehensive care for underserved communities. With a strong focus on reproductive health, I am to integrate patient-centered practices that empower individuals and families across all life stages. My work is deeply rooted in advocacy, actively engaging in health policy initiatives to address systemic barriers and expand access to quality care. Driven by a belief in medicine as a tool for social justice, I strive to create lasting change both in clinical settings and through policy reform.

Professional Experience and Accomplishments
Dr. Chelsea Faso volunteered at the NYC Free Clinic as a medical student volunteer. As part of the NYLPI provider network, Dr. Faso conducted medical interviews and authored medical affidavits for immigration detention cases. She was also a recipient for an award in residency teaching and education.
