A little about me
I am a mental health clinician who has been working at Institute For Family Health since 2019. I value the combination of a positive therapeutic connection and clinical expertise with skills and psychoeducation. Creating a therapeutic space in which the patient feels valued and heard while also appropriately challenged is something I strive for in my clinical practice. I have worked in many different fields including adoption, end-of-life, schools, elder care, and with children. My experience working with different populations has equipped me with vital knowledge to help guide individuals through many different life challenges.
Why I love my job
I love helping people see a (positive) side of themselves that they have never seen before and recognize that it is never too late to live the life they never thought possible.
