A little about me
I’m a wife, mom, and trauma surgeon with a specialized interest in diabetic surgery and complex wound care. Outside the OR, I’m passionate about family, nature, and creating balance between a demanding medical career and a grounded, active home life. Whether in surgery or on the hiking trail, I bring focus, resilience, and heart to everything I do.
Why I love my job
I love what I do because I get to make a real difference restoring health, preserving limbs, and giving patients a chance to return to the lives they love. As a trauma surgeon, especially working with diabetic patients, I see every case as deeply personal. Being a mom and wife reminds me daily of the value of life, independence, and compassionate care.
