A little about me
I found my passion for social work through the volunteer work I engaged in after graduating college. This is where I discovered my interest and passion in working with individuals and groups directly. Since graduating, I have been presented with invaluable opportunities to build and strengthen my clinical skills; working with children, adults, and older adults. Presently I have been a mental health clinician at the Institute for Family Health for 3 years.
Why I love my job
I love this work because I love being able to learn people’s stories while providing them with both support and skills to manage stressors in their lives. I am also passionate about providing access to mental health resources to all individuals.
