Professional experience & accomplishments
Growing up and training in Baltimore, Dr. Alexa “Lexi” Goldstein witnessed the enormous effect that social determinants of health have on a patient’s life. She believes having a primary care physician who understands those variables drastically affects a patient’s trust and engagement with the entire healthcare system. Dr. Goldstein is interested in caring for the LGBTQ+ population, addiction medicine, HIV care, and improving access for women’s health, and reproductive health. Practicing family medicine fuels her passion for social justice and the ability to care for every aspect of patients emotional and physical well-being regardless of age, race, religion, sexual orientation or ailment. She plans to use her platform as a physician to advocate for patients’ needs on a personal and community level.
