A little about me

Over the past ten years, I have served as a community health physician in New York City, worked as a Family Medicine Residency Director at Long Beach Medical Center, volunteered in Peru, India, and Guatemala with DoCare International and commanded medical relief teams in Haiti with Heart-to-Heart. My primary focus has always been to provide service mostly to underprivileged communities. At my medical school, I received the Golden Stethoscope Award and graduated valedictorian of my class. While I initially pursued a radiology residency at UMDNJ, I subsequently switched to family medicine to continue my ambitions of teaching and providing comprehensive medical care to patients.
