The Institute’s Sidney Hillman/Phillips Family Practice is Relocating to Two Brand New Locations in December

New York, NY (November 7, 2017) — As of December 4, 2017, the Insitute’s Sidney Hillman/Phillips Family Practice will be moving to two brand new, expanded locations.

These new, state-of-the-art locations — one located on West 17th Street in Manhattan and the other at our Cadman Family Health Center in Brooklyn — will continue to offer outstanding primary care, mental health, and social services for people of all ages. A list of the providers seeing patients at each location can be found here.

The only thing changing is our location! As always, we are committed to providing our patients with compassionate, affordable care. Current patients’ medical records will be available at the new location. We will continue to accept the same insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, we can help. No one will be turned away.
