It had been closed due to a burst steam pipe. Please call 212-865-4104 to make an appointment or speak to your doctor. Current patients may also use <a href="https://www.mychartmyhealth.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">MyChart</a> to make an appointment, speak to your doctor, get a referral or a prescription refill.
