Many East Harlem Latinos do not have health insurance or a personal healthcare provider, which leads to using the emergency room for healthcare needs. Research shows that not having a doctor that takes care of you on a regular basis results in poor health outcomes. This guide is intended to help connect people to the services they need in order to live a healthy, happy life.
