New York, NY (August 15, 2015) – Today is the last day of National Health Center Week and our last photo of the day. These photos tell a story of the impact we have on the communities we serve.
Our final “Photo of the Day,” is a scene from our Walton Family Health Center. In celebration of National Health Center Week, join us at Walton Family Health Center for a community health fair today from 12 pm- 4pm. There will be free health screenings, games for the kids and free fitness classes – fun for the whole family! Let’s work together to keep our community healthy!
