A little about me
Dedicated licensed mental health counselor with over 3 years of experience providing individual and group therapy to dual diagnosis clients in outpatient treatment settings. I approach clinical services using the harm reduction model, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, CBT, and a person-centered approach.
Why I love my job
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” ― Carl Gustav Jung
I love what I do because I believe therapy is a gateway for individuals to transcend internal barriers to self-actualization.
