Professional interests

Hospital medicine, urgent care, primary care, and community/preventative medicine. I’m currently learning integrative medicine and osteopathic medicine through the Mid-Hudson Family Medicine Residency Program.

A little about me

I am originally from Hawaii and have looked for education and volunteer opportunities around the world. My early experiences in public health and then community medicine and inpatient and outpatient clinical rotations during medical school helped to grow my interest in family medicine.

Why I love my job

I love the challenges and broad spectrum that family medicine has to offer, so being a part of the Institute’s Mid-Hudson Family Medicine Residency Program gives me the opportunity to grow into a well-rounded family physician. My well-roundedness is also reinforced by my love for traveling, doing yoga and working out at the gym.
