Professional Experience and Accomplishments

Dr. Lauren Roddy was born and raised in Texas but is honored to now call East Harlem home. She is committed to serving the city’s highest-need communities as we recover, rebuild, and develop new systems to address health inequities together following the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Roddy, a self-described people person, loves family medicine because it provides her the opportunity to build relationships with her patients and their families as well as make community-level impacts. She believes that, as a primary care team, we have the opportunity and responsibility to cultivate a health care system that is built upon cultural competency, community empowerment, and social justice.
