A little about me
A lifelong Bronxite, I’ve seen NYC in all its many iterations and have a deep commitment to providing quality treatment to our Community. I have over 14 years of social service experience working with diverse populations, and I look forward to continuing to serve and nurture our patients, families, and communities by providing treatment that is effective, empowering, respectful, and culturally competent.
Why I love my job
I am very passionate about this work because as someone who holds several marginalized identities, I am very aware of how issues related to race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, social class and immigration status, and mental or physical abilities of various cultural groups can impair peoples ability to live and function successfully. I have worked hard to develop a career focused on providing effective therapy and treatment services to people from the New York area’s diverse communities, and I continuously strive to use my knowledge and skills to support people of all backgrounds impacted by oppression and discrimination with gaining positive outcomes and Health.
