A little about me

I deeply value building long-term relationships with my patients and their families. I’m passionate about providing care that supports both physical and mental well-being, and I believe in partnering with my patients to help them live healthier, fuller lives. I love the variety that family medicine offers and the opportunity to care for people of all ages and backgrounds. Outside the office, I enjoy yoga, cycling, reading, art making, spending time in nature, and—most of all—making memories with my partner and two amazing daughters.

Why I love my job

I love what I do. I’m especially passionate about providing and teaching full-scope reproductive and sexual health care in the primary care setting. It’s a privilege to support patients through meaningful life moments—whether it’s starting a family, navigating challenging health decisions, or simply building long-term wellness. I also enjoy working and learning alongside colleagues, residents, and medical students. Teaching keeps me inspired, and being part of a collaborative care team makes this work deeply rewarding.
