A little about me
I was born and raised in Queens, NY, and while I love the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle that is New York City, I am also a lover of nature and rock climbing. After completing rotations at Kingston Hospital and the New Paltz Family Health Center for medical school, I knew that I had to stay in the beautiful Hudson River Valley. In my free time, I love hiking, exploring the unique personalities of the different towns, and honing my yoga practice. At home, I love hanging out with my orange tabby, curating my windowsill garden and binging on sci-fi/fantasy novels and TV shows.
Why I love my job
I enjoy getting to know the community, meeting new people and hearing their stories. I use a holistic approach in my patient encounters and love the collaborative teamwork involved in developing a healthcare plan that works for patients. I am also a certified yoga instructor and a strong believer in working with patients to integrate nutrition and lifestyle changes in their medical care.
