Amy Begel

Amy is a family therapist who joined the Mid-Hudson Family Practice Residency in 2009 as Behavioral Science Coordinator. She specializes in family systems medicine and has over 25 years of experience teaching physicians in primary care and other subspecialties. She currently is on the faculty of Beth Israel’s Integrative Medicine Program and teaches in Internal Medicine and the Cardiology Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. She is also on the faculty of The Minuchin Center, where she conducts workshops and seminars in family therapy, both nationally and internationally.
