Care Found Here
The Institute’s Care Found Here Program provides services at five locations in Manhattan. Our program makes health care services easily accessible to people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and formerly homeless. We provide medical care, case management, behavioral health care, care coordination, and referrals to other services.
The program is funded by Care for the Homeless, which receives federal and other funding.
