Jay Musella receives 2025 United Hospital Fund Tribute to Excellence in Health Care Award

The Institute is pleased to share that Jay Musella, the Institute’s Senior Director of Population Programs, has received the 2025 United Hospital Fund Tribute to Excellence in Health Care Award. The Tribute to Excellence in Health Care Awards program recognizes and supports health care leaders who demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and innovation in providing the best care to patients.

Jay Musella, LMSW (They/He), joined the Institute in 2017 as a Care Coordination Supervisor. They currently serve as Senior Director of Population Programs, managing a portfolio of public health programs that aim to support the health needs of populations that were historically neglected. They have also served as the Chair of the LGBTQ+ Health Task Force since 2018.

United Hospital Fund honored the awardees at a luncheon ceremony on Monday, May 5, 2025.
