Beatrice Cooper, PSR, wins BEE Award

On October 20, 2026, the Institute was thrilled to recognize an outstanding staff member: Beatrice Cooper, a patient services representative at the New Paltz Family Health Center. Ms. Cooper received the BEE Award at a reception for staff at our New Paltz location.

The BEE (“Be Excellent Everyday”) Award honors medical office assistants (MOAs) and patient services representatives (PSRs) who demonstrate integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect and excellence in patient care. Nominations for the award come from patients, patients’ families and fellow staff.

The Institute is so grateful to our MOAs and PSRs for all they do to care for our patients. Their efforts are a key part of our mission to provide top quality care to all our patients.
