We offer high-quality, compassionate health care for adults of all ages. No matter who you are or what you’re facing, we’re here to help.
We offer a full range of primary health services for adults, including:
- Primary medical care for adults of any age
- Preventive care: screenings, immunizations and more
- Check-ups, well visits and exams
- Treatment for illnesses
- Care for chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension and HIV
- Behavioral health care, including counseling and psychiatry
- Help with substance use and addiction
- Dental care (at some locations)
- Podiatry (at some locations)
- Care coordination, insurance and benefits enrollment and other support services
- Referrals to other providers when needed
We’re here to be your health care home, and help you access all of the care you need. If you have insurance, choose a primary care provider at the Institute. If you don’t have insurance, we can help. No one is turned away.

The Institute for Family Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help. Ask us about how to apply for our sliding-fee discount program. You may be eligible based only on income and family size.
