A little about me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Institute for Family Health, where I have been working since 2019. I strive to make patients feel heard and understood throughout the therapy process, where I value collaboration and transparency. I operate from a strengths-based approach to help individuals build self-awareness and insight, while honoring the impact of systemic factors on patients’ worldview and current challenges they may be facing.
Why I love my job
I believe that therapy can serve as a refuge from the challenges of navigating our world, and I honor the opportunity I have to provide a space for people to process, heal, and grow. I am inspired by the people who choose to work with me, and I enjoy having the opportunity to support and witness their growth over time.
