AIDS Walk 2019

May 20, 2019

On May 19th, Institute for Family Health staff participated in the annual AIDS Walk in Central Park. The AIDS Walk raises funds for a cause near and dear to us: prevention, care, and advocacy for people living with HIV/AIDS. About 20 Institute staff participated in the walk, which is 10 kilometers long and takes 2-3 hours to complete.

The Institute is proud to offer many services to help those with HIV/AIDS, including medical care for people living with HIV, and help with depression, stress, and family problems related to HIV status. We are also proud to offer PrEP, daily medication that can help prevent HIV.  If you or someone you know needs HIV care or PrEP, contact us.
