The Bronx Health REACH Coalition meetings consist of members from the various Bronx Health REACH workgroups, representatives from diverse groups, organizations, community members and advocates coming together to hear updates from Bronx Health REACH and Bronx Health REACH partners about innovative strategies and initiatives being pursued to address racial and ethnic health disparities and the social determinants of health in the Bronx. Coalition meetings occur quarterly from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Walker Memorial Baptist Church (120 East 169th Street) in the Bronx.
